Join me for a warmup, 30m of HIIT and a stretch led by yoga instructor Caitryn McCaullum. All you need is yourself, a yoga mat and a pair of sneakers π
All proceeds are donated to charity or a local business (we choose a different one each week.)
We will do HIIT including rounds of Tabata. Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. Itβs classified as HIIT for a reason; the average person burns 15 calories/minute during Tabata. Youβll have a chance to rest and come back to your breath after each round of Tabata.
