start again today no. 12: the wages of productivity 💸, slow down, i have a dream, me moments
Hey 👋
“Why won’t it load faster?!?” I thought to myself as I waited for Google Sheets to update.
The tiny grey circle stopped spinning and iOS blue started to pour in a micrometer at a time.
Half consciously desperate to stay busy, I switched back to the previous screen.
A still uneditable doc.
Edit with the Sheets app. Get the app!
I reopened the App Store. The Update button smiled at me, like the 🙂 response you get from someone pointing out an obvious mistake.
Update 🙂
The tiny grey circle spun again, and when it stopped spinning I did too, invited to for the first time that day by an ephemeral blue square. It was 8:52pm.

Whatever I was doing in Sheets didn’t seem so important anymore.
